I was concerned about the location of this office and the parking situation. By calling a day ahead, the staff kindly arranged for me to be picked up in the parking lot with a wheelchair! Once inside, everything went very smoothly and staff all knew their job and were very pleasant. This wa s a recent move, to follow my doctor. I made a great choice!

Dr. R Hassan is a dedicated professional who treats all his patients with respect and understanding. He is very diligent and shares his concerns with you. Dr. Remi Hassan will outline all possibilities of treatment. I am in very good hands having this Doctor as my GP.

Dr. Hassan has a nice bedside manner. He was very thorough in reviewing my health history and very reassuring about how things are going.

Some of the best primary care I've ever experienced in 60 years. Caring, compassionate, very attentive and responsive to all my questions. Never felt rushed. Easy access as it's on the first floor. Can't recommend any higher.

I used to go to the UHS in vestal, but my provider moved here, (he wasn't very good but I was told vestal didn't have any others available) this place is awful. I don't want to go back. I am extremely unimpressed with the capabilities of people to do their job and the primary care I am receiving there. I have had a nose bleed since October and I have been to 5-6 visits now across places. Nobody really looks. The guy who looked today told me put some Vaseline on it. I can feel a deep scab or something up my nose. Today I went to get stitches removed. I felt I could have done a better job at home. He scraped too much of the scab off with an alcohol pad which made it very sore and irritated and it didn't feel like he knew what he was doing. It felt like he clipped me with the scissors and was trying to cut below the knots instead of above. I don't feel safe there.
